These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and purchases from DermCare. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live to make a purchase. Provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential, and promptly update changes. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.
Product Information
We work to present accurate descriptions, images, ingredients, sizes, and directions. Packaging, formulas, colors, and manufacturer information may change. Screen settings can affect color. Always check the product and label received before use. If the listing and current label differ, follow the label and contact us with questions.
Prices, Promotions, and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before an order is placed. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout when applicable. Promotions may have separate terms, exclusions, limits, and expiration dates. We may correct typographical or pricing errors and will contact you before fulfilling an affected order when required.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may limit quantities or reject or cancel orders for suspected fraud, resale activity, inventory errors, payment problems, legal restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You authorize the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

Product Use and Health Information

Reviews and Other Submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant DermCare a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, edit for formatting or length, publish, translate, and display it in connection with the store and its marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, confidential, medically sensitive, or abusive content. We may moderate or remove content but are not required to publish every submission.
Intellectual Property
The site’s design, text, graphics, software, and DermCare branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Third-party brands and product names belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping only. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, or exploit site content except as law permits or with written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not interfere with site security or operation; use automated tools to extract content or inventory without permission; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; use stolen payment information; evade purchase limits; violate law or third-party rights; or use the site to harass, defraud, or harm others.
Third-Party Services
Payment, shipping, chat, embedded content, and external links may be operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their independent services, content, or privacy practices, though this does not limit responsibility that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DermCare and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DermCare from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Any court proceeding may be brought in a state or federal court with lawful jurisdiction in New York. We have not included mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in these Terms.
Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the site and purchases, except for any additional terms presented for a specific offer.
