Here are our Subscription Terms
Enrollment and Consent
A subscription is available only for products specifically marked as eligible. By selecting the subscription option and placing the order, you expressly authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.
Renewal Orders and Charges
Each renewal creates a new order for the subscribed item. Charges are attempted shortly before or when the renewal order is processed. Your account will show available schedule and status information. Keep payment, billing, and shipping information current.
Prices, Discounts, and Notice of Changes
The recurring price or discount is shown at enrollment. Taxes and shipping may vary. If we make a material change to price, frequency, or other renewal terms, we will provide advance notice when required and explain how to cancel before the change takes effect. A temporary promotion applies only for the stated period.
Skip, Modify, Pause, or Cancel
You may cancel at any time through the Subscriptions area in My Account or by using Contact Us. Available account controls may also let you skip, pause, change frequency, or update products. Submit changes before the next order begins processing. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed.
Returns and Refunds
Renewal orders are subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Unless law requires otherwise, past subscription charges are not refunded merely because the subscription was canceled after an order began processing.
Inventory and Substitutions
If a product is unavailable, we may delay, skip, or cancel the affected renewal and notify you. We will not automatically substitute a materially different product without your agreement. A subscription does not guarantee perpetual inventory or a particular package design.
Failed Payments
If payment fails, we or the payment provider may retry the charge and ask you to update the payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription after repeated failures. You remain responsible only for valid charges for orders actually accepted, subject to applicable law.
Ending the Program
We may stop offering a subscription product or program. If we do, we will cancel future renewals and provide notice when practical. We will not charge for a renewal we have canceled.
