Accessibility
Here is our Accessibility Policy
Our Commitment
DermCare is committed to providing an inclusive online shopping experience. We are working toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and use those guidelines to inform design, content, and testing. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and this statement is not a claim that every page or third-party feature currently meets every guideline.
Measures We Take
- Use structured headings, visible focus states, form labels, descriptive links, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Support keyboard navigation, browser zoom, and common screen-reader workflows.
- Review color contrast, error messages, status updates, checkout, and other essential shopping flows.
- Include accessibility in ongoing design, content, development, and quality reviews.
- Ask third-party providers to support accessible experiences and provide alternatives when practical.
Known Limitations
Some older product content, supplier-provided media, embedded services, or third-party checkout and chat components may not be fully accessible. We are working to identify and improve barriers within our control.
